Innerdance is a sound-guided, experiential process that supports deep self-inquiry, emotional release, and expanded awareness.
Through music, intention, and embodied presence, the innerdance creates space for insight, healing, and integration at your own pace. Each experience unfolds uniquely, guided by inner Authentic Intelligence—the body’s innate capacity for awareness and regulation.


Who Innerdance is for
Innerdance is for individuals who feel called to explore consciousness, embodiment, and inner healing in a grounded and self-directed way.
No prior experience is needed—Innerdance meets you where you are.

• Exploring meditation, embodiment, or energy-based practices

what is innerdance?
• Innerdance uses sound and music to support shifts in awareness and perception. Carefully curated soundscapes help guide the brain into relaxed, receptive states often described as a waking dream or highly attentive state of awareness.
• As awareness expands, the body and nervous system may respond through subtle changes in sensation, emotion, memory, or imagery. These responses reflect natural processes of neuroplasticity and self-regulation, allowing new perspectives and insights to emerge.
• Through this process, long-held patterns of perception may gently shift—sometimes gradually, sometimes suddenly—supporting greater coherence, integration, and a sense of wellbeing. No interpretation or outcome is imposed; the experience unfolds according to each individual’s inner rhythm and capacity

Inside the Process
Innerdance offers a safe and supportive space for curious exploration, deep inquiry, and shifts in awareness. Each experience unfolds uniquely, inviting both personal insight and a sense of shared presence within a collective field of exploration.
The innerdance process holds a wide range of potential experiences. As the nervous system relaxes and awareness expands, participants may encounter dream-like states, and emotional, sensory, or perceptual shifts that support insight and integration. No specific experience is sought or required—what arises does so naturally, guided by inner intelligence and self-regulation.
Sessions
1:1 sessions can be supported by a trained facilitator both in person or remotely.
1:1 work can be very healing for individuals who are looking for guidance, verbal support, therapeutic touch, or energetic coaching. Trained facilitators offer a variety of tools and techniques in combination with innerdance to customize the healing journey and overall experience.
Basic and individual sessions consists of listening to a playlist lying down, closing the eyes and trusting the process. In more dynamic group sessions, electronic playlists, live instruments, sound toys and voice combine to create an immersive multi-sensory experience
