Daily meditation with a community raises not just your vibration but the collective vibration of the group. Meditating in a shared space, even virtually, strengthens your intention and deepens the practice. You are supported and connected as we all work toward becoming more aligned with our authentic selves.

Concerned about committing to 21 days?

I understand that committing to something new can feel overwhelming, but this journey only asks for 231 minutes over 21 days – that’s just 3 hours and 51 minutes total! You can meditate for 11 minutes a day (or more if you like), at a time and place that fits into your schedule. Your daily practice, no matter how small, will lead to profound changes, and I can assure you that your time and commitment will be well worth the transformation you’ll experience.

 

Your Participation:
Commit to meditating for at least 11 minutes a day (or more, if you feel inspired). You decide when and where to practice, based on what works best for you. After each session, check in daily on our Facebook group to share:

  • How long you meditated

  • How you felt before and after your practice

  • The type of meditation you chose

  • Any other insights or reflections you’d like to share 

Group interaction is highly encouraged. We all have something valuable to share, and by opening up, we create space for others to do the same. Sometimes hearing someone else's story can inspire our own breakthroughs. This is a safe, judgment-free space, where you are seen, heard, and loved.

All the meditation challenges start on a new moon. This moon cycle is one of my favorite to work with as it represents new beginnings.
